How do I use the solid secondary standard P/N 8000-952 or 8000-951 with the AquaFluor?
The solid secondary standard is a great tool for tracking instrument performance and can be used after calibration with a primary standard to check the AquaFluor.  On a periodic basis, before making measurements with the AquaFluor, use the solid secondary standard to verify the calibration.  If the solid secondary standard value has changed by more than ± 5% of its assigned value, the AquaFluor should be recalibrated.

The solid secondary standard can also be used to set the instrument for in vivo applications.  Please refer to the video AquaFluor Qualitative Calibration: In Vivo Chlorophyll
