This self-priming sample pump is a small in-line pump ideally suited for the delivery of sample water to the 10AU Field Fluorometer from a wide range of depths. The pump can either be mounted on the inlet or outlet side of the fluorometer. It is critical that opaque, ideally black, garden hose be used to eliminate changes in the fluorescence response of the sample due to solar irradiation.
